License

We grant you a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive license to use the App on Apple‑branded devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Pro features are available via auto‑renewing subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly). Availability of free trials may vary by region and time.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Manage or cancel in Settings ▸ Apple ID ▸ Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies. Visit Apple Support for refund requests.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe on intellectual property rights. You are responsible for content you convert or share.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable laws. All rights reserved.

Privacy

The App may use third‑party SDKs for subscriptions and analytics. For details on data practices, permissions, and choices, please refer to our Privacy Policy (if applicable) or contact support.

Termination
